The Ontario Genealogical Society (OGS) holds its annual Conference in different Ontario locations in June of each year.  This year’s conference, originally scheduled to be held in Hamilton, Ontario, on the weekend of June 6 and 7, has now been moved online due to the coronavirus pandemic.  There are now a number of virtual sessions that can be  accessed.  See Virtual Conference 2020.

Unfortunately for the IP-SIG, our conference activities won’t happen in the usual way.  There will be no Marketplace this year.  However, we will be holding our annual general meeting virtually via Zoom on Saturday, May 23rd, for SIG members.  In addition, we are have rescheduled our sponsored speaker session are are offering it via Zoom as well.  Anyone can join us for Garry Finkell’s talk entitled Seeing Clear Across the Border:  Palatine Loyalists from the Hudson Valley.  To register, see the details on our Events page.
